UNIDOCK Refund & Return Policy

At UNIDOCK, we aim to provide you with the best quality mobile accessories and a seamless shopping experience.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    • All original tags, labels, and accessories (if any) must be intact.

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Products damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer.

    • Accessories such as cables, chargers, or earphones once unsealed (for hygiene and safety reasons).

    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”.

2. Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@unidock.in or via the Contact Us page.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and unboxing video or images of the product.

  3. Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup or share the return shipping details.

  4. After the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

3. Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or wrong product delivered.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images or an unboxing video.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, as per your preference.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as a return.

  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be issued within 3–5 business days.
