UNIDOCK Delivery Policy

At UNIDOCK, we’re committed to delivering your mobile accessories quickly and safely to your doorstep.

1. Shipping & Coverage

We offer Free Delivery and Free Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders across India.
Our delivery partners cover most pin codes nationwide. Please note, delivery to remote or restricted areas may take slightly longer.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email with tracking details.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays, festivals, or weather conditions.

4. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number and courier link to monitor your shipment.

5. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the parcel:

  • The order will be returned to us (RTO).

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued after deducting return shipping costs.
